Do we have EV Chargers?
All homes on the west side of the community include a 220V outlet for EV charging. Homes on the east side do not currently include a 220V outlet, but installation may be available upon request. Please contact the office for additional information.
Do you accept pets?
Yes! We are a pet-friendly community and allow a maximum of two pets per home. Please contact the office for additional information regarding pet policies and restrictions.
Do you have additional parking and do you charge for it?
All homes include at least a two-car garage. Our premium homes also include a two-car driveway in addition to the garage. Additional parking is available throughout both the east and west sides of the community on a first-come, first-served basis at no additional cost. Please contact the office for more information.
Do you have maintenance? What happens if there is an emergency after hours?
Our on-site maintenance team is available Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Once a work order is submitted, we typically begin the repair process within 2448 hours. For emergencies outside of regular business hours, we have an after-hours emergency maintenance team available. Please contact the office for additional information.
How are packages handled?
All townhomes have individual addresses and assigned mailboxes. The office does not accept packages on behalf of residents, and we do not offer a package locker service. Mail and package deliveries will be delivered directly to your mailbox or front door.
Can I bring a grill/smoker?
Yes, grills and smokers are permitted within the community. During use, they must be kept at least 25 feet away from garages and front porches. Please note that the community does not provide common area grills.
What lease terms do you offer?
We offer a variety of lease term options to best suit your needs. Please contact the office for additional information and current availability of lease terms.
What are your amenity hours?
Our fitness center is open year-round and is available 24/7 to residents. The pool is seasonal and open daily from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM during the operational season. Our spa is open year-round from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily.
Is smoking allowed in the community?
No, we are a smoke-free community. Smoking is not permitted inside homes, in common areas, or anywhere within the property lines. To help maintain a clean and smoke-free environment for all residents, we ask that all smoking take place at least 25 feet off the property.
Do you have security?
Yes, we have a courtesy patrol service that conducts regular patrols after office hours. Residents are provided with the patrol contact information at move-in so they can report any issues or concerns that may arise outside of regular office hours.
What is the process for trash or recycling?
We offer valet trash service for all residents, with pickup Monday through Friday beginning at 6:30 PM. For additional trash disposal or outside of scheduled pickup times, dumpsters are available throughout both the east and west sides of the community for resident use at any time. Please note that recycling services are not currently provided.
